Orders are shipped via UPS ground service unless otherwise specified. All sales are F.O.B. our plant, unless otherwise quoted.



It is the responsibility of the carrier if damage or loss to the product shipment occurs while in transit. In the case of such shortage or damage, the carrier should be advised and claims should be filed with the carrier immediately.



No credit will be given for products returned without prior authorization by Accon Marine, LLC. Returned items are subject to a 15% handling and re-stocking charge. Products returned under warranty will not be subject to the handling and re-stocking charge. In order for Accon Marine, LLC to accept returned goods, they must be returned in the same condition they were shipped in. This can be accomplished by returning the products in the original box used for shipping. If the original box is no longer available, the products must be individually wrapped in plastic and cushioned with bubble wrap, foam peanuts, or paper, as to ensure that none of the polished surfaces are damaged.
